2. Shipping

All orders are shipped via DPD.

Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is 25.00 EUR (incl. VAT) / 21.01 EUR (excl. VAT).

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. For bank transfer (prepayment), the delivery time begins on the business day after receipt of payment; for PayPal, on the business day after the order is received.
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g. supply shortages, public holidays) delays may occur. We will notify you by email in such cases.
Shipment Tracking
After dispatch you will receive an email from DPD containing a tracking link for your shipment.
3. Payment Methods
PayPal
Pay quickly and securely via your PayPal account. Payment is collected immediately upon completion of the order. We dispatch after confirmation of payment by PayPal.

Bank Transfer (Prepayment)
After placing your order you will receive an email with our bank account details. Please transfer the invoice amount, quoting your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch the goods upon receipt of payment.
Bank account details will be sent to you automatically by email after your order is completed.
Please note: For prepayment, the delivery time is extended by the duration of the bank transfer (typically 1–2 business days).
Payment by Invoice (Public Authorities and Educational Institutions)
We offer payment by invoice for public authorities (offices, agencies, ministries) and educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities).
Requirements and procedure:
- Register in the shop at www.dev-tools.de (standard customer registration)
- Send a request by email to info@dev-tools.de including:
- Name of the institution
- Department / contact person
- Order number or planned order
- After review and approval by us, you may place orders by invoice.
- Invoice amount payable within 10 days of the invoice date.
This payment option is available exclusively to public institutions and recognised educational organisations. We reserve the right to decline activation.
Note for institutions with their own procurement processes: If your institution uses its own order forms or internal procurement procedures, you are welcome to contact us directly by email – registration in the shop is not required in this case. On request, we will provide a quote and deliver against invoice.
4. Notes
- All prices include statutory value added tax (VAT).
- Title to the goods passes only upon receipt of full payment.
